Office hours are:
Monday – Friday: 9 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9am – 12 pm
Sundays: closed
We are available after hours for emergencies only.

Check In Time is 4:00 pm
Check Out Time is 10:00 am
Do the homes have Cable?
All homes have extended basic cable.
What type of phone service is available?
All local calls, emergency and some 800 numbers are free of charge. Long distance calls are blocked. For Long distance access, guests can purchase a phone card. Long distance calls may also be made by credit card. Call the office to learn more about this option.
Can I access the internet?
Phone lines are available for dial up access, however you must have your own ISP. Selected homes do have broadband and/or cable internet access.
How many guests does the home sleep?
3 Bedroom home sleeps 6 guests
4 Bedroom home sleeps 8 guests
5 Bedroom home sleeps 10 guests
6 Bedroom home sleeps 12 guests
7 Bedroom home sleeps 14 guests
What is provided in homes? What do I need to bring?
All houses come fully furnished. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, all major appliances, hair dryers, iron and ironing boards, towels and linens. Homes are also supplied with bath soap, toilet paper and garbage bags upon your arrival. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.
Is Maid Service included?
Maid Service is not included, however special arrangements can be made
with the office for maid service and mid stay cleans at an additional cost.
Are the pools heated?
Pool and Jacuzzi heating is not included in the rental. Some of the homes do not have pool heating units. Please be sure to specify at time of booking if you wish to have the option of pool heating upon your arrival or during your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Most houses do not allow pets. If you wish to bring a pet, be sure to
request a home that is pet friendly. A $100.00 non-refundable pet fee will be
charge for each pet. No cats are allowed at any home. Any pet found in a non-pet
home will be grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies
paid.
Smoking
All homes are non-smoking homes.
House Information
Each house has an information booklet. These booklets contain information
about the house, the appliances, garbage and check out procedures. Please take a few
moments to review this book upon your arrival. The house booklet also contains information on
local attractions and amenities.
