Rates are nightly and based on availability.
All rentals booked for 5 nights or less will be charged a departure cleaning fee.
Rates will be subject to the 12-13% state sales tax.
We reserve the right to substitute your booked property for another of an equivalent or better.

Electric Pool heat $20.00 per day, Gas pool heat $30 per day.
Detached Jacuzzi heating $75.00 per week.
Cribs, highchairs $25.00 per week (can not pro-rate).

Pet Fee $150.00 per stay.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing.
From time of booking to 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund less 5% admin fees.
29 Days to 15 Days prior to arrival: 50% Refund less 5% admin fees.
15 Days to day of arrival: No Refund.
